Sometimes we confuse contentment with happiness. we can't be happy all the time, it's unrealistic, but contentment is something more. it is being aware that even if our circumstances are not ideal, we still have many of the things we need. especially when we see so many who go without the many things we take for granted. Don't drive for happiness any more, strive for contentment, and find it when you don't lose your focus...

The trouble with trouble is, it starts out as fun.

"Okay here's the dealio, I can be sad all I want but when you're sad that's not okay. I will use my body and shield you from the sad and pat you on the cheeks if you even attempt to be sad and tell you how great you are. You make the best spaghetti, your jokes are funny, you have a cute butt and the way you cry over your tv shows is really adorable. I won't stand for the sad!!!"
